1 can of refrigerated biscuits
4 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
3 medium potatoes, diced
3 carrots, diced
2 stalks of celery, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bottle light ale beer (I used Sam Adams blackberry weitbeer)
Enough water to cover everything
Season to taste with salt, and pepper and herbs
Cook on high in crockpot for about 3 hours.
With about 15 minutes left, cut biscuits into quarters and bake for 14 minutes at 375°.
While waiting..remove about 1 cup of hot liquid and with a fork, add flour a little bit at a time, until thickened. Add back into pot and mix carefully until whole pot is thickened.
Put biscuits in individual bowls and spoon mixture over them. ENJOY!!!
